Welcome to the 2023 Spring Season Registration

 We are excited to have you!

 

WHO IS THIS REGISTRATION FOR?

High School Boys (Grades 9th-12th)

 

Please review over 'Season Breakdown' attachment (found below). All Rush HS info (prices, dates, etc.) can be found there!

This registration session will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information, and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from West Bend Rush Lax.

US LACROSSE REQUIREMENT

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1:  Obtain current US Lacrosse Membership
    • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with US Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique US Lacrosse confirmation number.
    • TO LOOK UP/RENEW A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Membership Lookup.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

Refund/Weather Policy

Refund Policy

By enlisting/registering for West Bend Rush Lacrosse, I agree that unless the program (entire spring season) is dropped/canceled by the West Bend Rush Lacrosse, ALL charges are non-refundable. All Registrants are urged to buy enrollment protection from RegSaver, to shield their investment from unexpected conditions.

Upon checkout, you will see an option to add RegSaver insurance to your entry.

 

 

Weather Policy

West Bend Rush Lacrosse Club has no control over the weather. Games/Practices/Team Events will still take place during inclement weather. In the presence of a cancellation, players/coaches/parents will be notified via email. There will not be any makeups/refunds due to a cancellation.
